Managed Services

Managed Services is an inexpensive way to leverage your Symantec / Altiris investment immediately by utilizing EIP's experienced Altiris Certified Consultants to remotely manage your implementation, and/or ongoing maintenance. Managed Services is an easy way to defray costs to one time or monthly payments, which include licensing, implementation, and daily management of the Altiris system.

In the past, customers have used or considered this service:

• Deploy and manage eiPower Saver Solution to realize immediate ROI.
• As an interim until a qualified consultant is hired.
• To take over Client Management Suite and/or Asset Management set up and operations.
• To add new solutions and/or upgrade core Altiris components.

Each customer is different and an individual support plan is presented to each unique situation. The cost of utilizing Managed Service is far less than retaining a dedicated or semi-dedicated consultant to manage the Altiris system.
